At the meeting, Xing Xuejian, director of the Coal Chemical Committee, introduced the relevant work requirements and accounting standards of coal -to -olefin energy efficiency "leaders" and water efficiency "leaders". Relevant enterprises explained the computing methods of their energy consumption structure and energy consumption respectively, and shared the experience of energy efficiency improvement, energy conservation management, and technical transformation, and conducted mutual verification of the benchmark. The expert group listened to the reports of various enterprises, confirmed the accounting method, and verified the energy consumption data of coal -to -olefin. The expert group believes that the data provided by the participating enterprises are complete, standardized, and feasible, and the calculation method meets the requirements of relevant standards. In particular, the effect of tail gas recycling and utilization, comprehensive utilization of hydrogen energy, and residual heat power generation of Pu Jieneng Company have significant effects.
