Oil exploitation
Short Description:
Cas No.:9004-32-4
Molecular Formula:C6H7O2(OH)2CH2COONa
Description:Carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is an anionic polyelectrolyte made from sodium chloroacetate reaction with alkali cellulose with high viscosity (HV-CMC),Medium adhesive (MV-CMC), low viscosity (LV-CMC) and alkaline medium adhesive, appearance as white or gray-white powder, non-toxic, soluble in cold water or hot water, aqueous solution is viscous colloidal.
Performance use: Carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt mainly plays the role of increasing viscosity reduction filtration loss agent in drilling fluid. The long molecular chain of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt can be adsorbed with multiple clay particles, increase the cementation of mud cake, inhibit the expansion of shale hydration and consolidate the well wall. The aqueous solution of carboxymethyl cellulose sodium salt has many excellent properties and chemical stability, not easy to corrosion and deterioration, harmless to physiological safety, and also has suspension and emulsification, good adhesion and salt resistance, good stability for oil and organic solvents, therefore, it is widely used in petroleum, food, textile, medicine, paper and Japanese industries.
