Description:The product is a polydimethyl silicone content (20%) water-like emulsion widely used in industrial and food processing processes, can also in strong acid and alkali used phase solution is more effective and durable, in non-ion, cation and anion systems, the foaming agent has low viscosity, easy dispersion characteristics, can ensure that the emulsion can achieve antifoaming, bubble suppression, and convenient operation.
Main Characteristics:
It has more effective antifoaming properties than traditional silicone antifoaming agents and spreads rapidly in the water. Has
the following point properties:
•is a non-polar compound and does not act with substances of water or polar genes, hence strong defollicular effects and
extremely low dosage.
•chemical stability, secondary dew gas does not colloidal, and does not act with the product.
•has high temperature resistant. Drug resistance, in the high temperature conditions, acid, alkaline media can give full play to
the antifoaming role.
Usage Method:
1.It can be diluted before use, and the diluent needs to be continuously stirred or properly stirred before use. This diluent or dispersion is convenient to operate, and it can also make the silicone function more effectively.
2.This product has strong antifoaming effect at normal temperature and high pressure 135℃, especially used for high temperature and high pressure jet dyeing, with stable antifoaming effect with low concentration of 0.2g/.
Packaging and storage:
1.This product is dressed in iron or plastic barrels of 25Kg±2.0kg quality.
2.Store in cool, ventilated, dry areas. Effective period is one year, more than one year, need to be re-inspection, inspection, can still be used.
