Description:
T-20 is soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol and other solvents, insoluble in animal and mineral oil, with emulsification, diffusion, solubilization, stability and other properties, harmless to humans, no irritation, in the food industry is mainly used in the production of cakes, ice cream, shortening, etc.
Features and specifications:
T20:
• It is easily soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol and other solvents, insoluble in animal and mineral oil, with emulsification, diffusion, solubilization and stability properties
• It is harmless to human body and has no irritation. In the food industry, it is mainly used in the production of cakes, ice cream and shortening, etc
• In other aspects, it can be used as emulsifier for mineral oil, solvent for dyestuff, emulsifier for cosmetics, stabilizer for foam, emulsifier, diffuser and stabilizer for pharmaceuticals, and auxiliary for photo emulsion.
T-40:
• Soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol and other solvents, insoluble in animal and mineral oil, used as o/w emulsifier, solubilizer, stabilizer, diffuser, antistatic agent, lubricant.
T-60:
• Soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol and other solvents, insoluble in animal and mineral oil, with excellent emulsification properties, both wetting, foaming, diffusion and other effects
• Used as o/w emulsifier, dispersant, stabilizer, used in the manufacture of food, medicine, cosmetics, water-based coatings
• Used in the textile industry as a softener, antistatic agent, is the polyacrylonitrile spinning oil components and fiber after processing softener, so that the fiber to eliminate static electricity, improve its softness and give the fiber good dyeing properties.
T-80:
• Easily soluble in water, methanol, ethanol, insoluble in mineral oil, used as emulsifier, dispersant, wetting agent, solubilizer, stabilizer, used in medicine, cosmetics, food and other industries
• It is used as stabilizer and foaming agent in the production of polyurethane foam; it can be used as antistatic agent in synthetic fiber, and is the intermediate of chemical fiber oil agent; it is used as wetting agent and dispersant in the production of film in photosensitive material; it is used to emulsify silicone oil in the process of waterproofing fabric with good effect, and it is also used as oil agent and water-soluble emulsifier in nylon and viscose cord, and is often mixed with S-80
• Used as emulsifier in oil field, anti-wax agent, wetting agent for thick oil, resistance reduction agent, treatment agent for near-well area; used as lubricating coolant for precision machine tool modulation, etc.
Packaging and Storage:
1.Packed in 200Kg iron drums and 50Kg plastic drums.
2.Store and transport according to general chemicals.
3Store in a dry and ventilated place. Shelf life of two years.
