According to reports, Jincheng Petrochemical's propylene oxide and supporting equipment are the first domestic 300,000-ton HPPO plant that has successfully started up with its own technology, marking the design capacity of the single-line propylene oxide production process independently developed by Tianchen Company. From 100,000 tons/year to 300,000 tons/year, it has transformed from an industry follower to an industry leader on a global scale, and industrial production has entered a new stage.
Since 2010, the HPPO research and development project team of Tianchen Company has started to tackle key problems from the core catalyst and key equipment, and has successfully developed a full-process HPPO hydrogen peroxide with independent intellectual property rights after going through small tests, pilot tests, optimization of reaction conditions, and industrial design.
