-Minimum levels of material recovery from battery waste: lithium - 50% by 2027 and 80% by 2031; cobalt, copper, lead and nickel - 90% by 2027 and 95%.
-Minimum content recovered from manufacturing and consumer waste for use in new batteries: eight years after the regulations take effect - cobalt 16%, lead 85%, lithium 6%, nickel 6%; 13 years after they take effect: cobalt 26%, lead 85%, lithium 12%, nickel 15%.
