Broad development prospect
As an important path to promote energy saving and emission reduction and realize energy transformation, vigorously developing hydrogen energy industry has become the consensus of all circles. The hydrogen fuel cell has received a lot of attention from the industry by virtue of its clean and environmental protection, high efficiency of power generation, small volume, light weight, high energy density, long range and short hydrogen refueling time.
In recent years, the rapid development of hydrogen fuel cells cannot be separated from the escort and support of policies. Many prefecture-level cities have also issued programs to vigorously develop the hydrogen fuel vehicle industry, and the "Pingdingshan City Work Program to Promote High Quality Development of Multimodal Transport and Optimize the Adjustment of Transport Structure (2023-2025)" released on June 1 proposes to improve the green level of equipment. Promote green, professional intermodal transport equipment, the development of the promotion of the use of pure electric, hydrogen fuel cells and other new energy freight distribution vehicles implementation measures, moderate measures to limit the passage of fuel vehicles; promote the use of new energy and clean energy for railroads, ports, logistics parks freight transport equipment, transfer machinery.
In recent years, the policy has paid rapid attention to hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, giving the hydrogen energy and fuel cell industry a higher strategic status. The relevant ministries and commissions pointed out that fuel cell is one of the important technical routes that will co-exist and complement pure electric vehicles in the long term, and that further efforts should be made to crack the problems of fuel cell industrialization and vigorously promote the development of hydrogen energy and fuel cell industry in China.

With the implementation of hydrogen energy industry planning on the ground and the continuous iteration of fuel cell technology, listed companies are seizing the policy and market opportunities to continuously strengthen their layout in the field of hydrogen fuel cells. Baotailong announced on the evening of June 7 that the hydrogen produced by its wholly-owned subsidiary Qitaihe Baotailong New Energy Co., Ltd. has met the quality index requirements of GB/T 37244-2018 "Fuel for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell Vehicle - Hydrogen" after inspection and testing by a third party institution. The company has also become the first company in Heilongjiang province that can produce hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles.
It is reported that the samples sent for inspection came from the hydrogen purification project of Baotailong. The project takes the tail gas of methanol plant as raw material and prepares fuel cell hydrogen by PSA hydrogen extraction, with the design capacity of 8000Nm3/h. It has the remarkable features of advanced and reliable technology, high degree of self-control of the plant, simple maintenance, high utilization rate of resources and energy, strong adaptability of the process under different working conditions and relatively low production cost, which can provide clean and green energy for hydrogen buses and hydrogen heavy trucks, etc.

It is reported that Beijing Yihuatong and Yining City, Yili Prefecture, Xinjiang have started project cooperation. The two sides will carry out the construction of photovoltaic power station, electrolytic water hydrogen production, hydrogen refueling station, hydrogen storage, hydrogen fuel cell vehicle application and other projects.

The company has developed a number of fuel cell vehicle models in conjunction with the actual application scenarios of its products, and the fuel cell technology has been applied to commercial vehicles in many domestic provinces and cities. It can provide technical support for hydrogen fuel cell systems in line with transportation scenarios for the joint venture.
